Original scope included donations, memberships and Drupal Roles and Groups synch.
Goal was to enable the organisation to manage their contacts and memberships online, and better manage their online communication alongside a web development project.

Why did this project use CiviCRM?
LSA had approached Fuzion to provide a Communications Strategy which identified that the key gap was the CMS/CRM so a migration from Joomla and Mambo was undertaken to pull several sites including an extensive resource library in to a single Drupal install. CiviCRM was the obvious partner given Fuzion's previous experience with it.
