מפגש עמותות בישראל – שימוש בטכנולוגיה מסייעת

בואו לפגוש עובדי עמותות וארגונים חברתיים בישראל לשיחה ולמידה משותפת בשאלה – כיצד כלים טכנולוגיים יכולים לתמוך ולסייע בעבודתכם?

עמותות רבות מתקשות בסידור וארגון המידע שהן אוספות על מתנדבים, משתתפים בפעילויות, תורמים ועוד. רבים משתמשים בטבלאות אקסל אבל כשהמידע מצטבר זה פשוט לא מספיק ויש צורך בכלים מתקדמים יותר אשר יתאימו לצרכים שלכם.

המפגש יכלול:

1. היכרות עם מערכת ה- CiviCRM, מערכת קוד פתוח לניהול קשרי לקוחות.
2. השוואה בין מערכות פופולאריות לניהול מידע על קשרי לקוחות – סיילספורס (Salesforce) ומייקרוסופט  דיינמיק 365.
3. שיחה פתוחה על האופן שבו כלי טכנולוגי נכון יכול לסייע בעבודת העמותות.

המפגש יתקיים ביום שני, ה-26 במרץ בשעה 18:30 במאז"ה 9 בתל אביב, בקומה הרביעית. משתתפי המפגש המגיעים ברכב יכולים לחנות בחניה הנמצאת במזא"ה 3 העולה 25 שקלים לכל הערב.

מפגש זה הוא מפגש פתוח ולכן בבקשה הרגישו חופשיים לשתף את האירוע ולהזמין אנשים נוספים שאתם חושבים שהוא יכול לענין אותם.

Relation Labs

Most nonprofits usually start by using Excel to organize their volunteers and activities. Once the operation becomes bigger, there is the need for a tool that fits the nonprofit space better.

During this meeting we will,

1. Introduce CiviCRM, an open source constituent relationship management software.
2. Draw a comparison between CiviCRM, Salesforce for Nonprofit and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Nonprofits, three players we believe are popular amongst the Israel Nonprofit Community.
3. Ask questions and engage in an open discussion of how to help nonprofits by the use of the right software tool. This is an open meeting, no question will be too silly to ask.

The meeting will take place on Monday 26th of March at 18:30 in Maze 9, Tel Aviv. When you enter, please take the elevator to the fourth floor. For those arriving by car, there is a parking lot at Maze 3 that costs a flat fee of 25 NIS for the whole evening.
