Manage your Membership with CiviCRM

This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or current users with new staff to train or in need of a refresher course.

 

This course will provide an overview of the basics of contacts, searching, emails and groups to better prepare you for the CiviMember module. We will discuss best practices for setting up membership categories and how to customize the membership module to fit with your organization’s membership requirements.  You will learn how to create an online membership page for new member sign-up and renewal, manage and track memberships, configure automated renewal reminder emails and create a membership report for your home dashboard.  We will also review how to offer specials on membership dues with the creation of discount codes.

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing membership with CiviCRM. Users who take this class may also be interested in our intermediate level course, "Managing your Membership Renewal Campaign with CiviCRM".
