This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or organizations who are current users, but have new staff to train.

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

  • Create an Event Template
  • Create a Event Information Page
  • Manage Event Fees and Price Set
  • Understand the Event Dashboard
  • Create a Online Event Registration Page
  • Manage discounts
  • Register a Participant manually
  • Promote event with an emailing
  • Promote event on your calendar
  • Track and follow-up with participants (before and after the event)
  • Create Name Badges
  • Manage Attendee List and Status
  • Create Event Report

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing events with CiviCRM.This training is the third session of a four-part training.

The Contact Management session or knowledge of managing contacts with CivCRM is a prerequisite for this session.
