CiviCRM User & Administrator Training

This is the complete CiviCRM training for staff using CiviCRM or supporting employees who do.  We will cover:

  • contact management, contributions, events, custom fields and memberships, plus the features relating to them, and
  • email communications, activities, reports, duplicate matching, and more

Presentations are followed by hands-on activities; participants leave with both the knowledge and experience to administer the core features of CiviCRM.

This is a two-day training preceding the NTEN Nonprofit Technology Conference in Washington, DC.
