Help improve accessibility and UX - modernize Select2.

Funding is 53% complete

Select2 is a library that enhances the usability of CiviCRM by providing rich dropdown widgets like the EntityRef field and action menus. This initative will overhaul those widgets by performing a major upgrade to the Select2 library. This new version provides greater accessibility for users with special needs, and an all-around improved user experience.
