CiviCRM Make It Happen

Improve CiviCRM for everyone | https://civicrm.org/make-it-happen

Make It Happen (MIH) campaigns are a great way to get or support new features that you’d like to see into CiviCRM but which hasn't been included within core development. Driven by the community, MIH campaigns can be a fast, easy way to support a specific new feature or improvement: they’re CiviCRM’s form of crowdfunding!

The title says it all. Let's make CiviCRM + D8 official.

Over the past few years lots of amazing work has been done on the unofficial Drupal 8 CiviCRM release. The core team have looked at this and are now in a position to complete the work to make this an official CiviCRM release. We have also factored in time which will allow the CiviCRM core team to address any unforeseen issues which may occur. This will include installer changes and integration of Drupal Views.

Add Mosaico functionality to CiviCRM's reminders.

Funding is 20% complete

For member-driven organizations or for those that use CiviCRM’s automated reminders heavily, you’re in luck! There’s growing interest within the community to realize Mosaico for reminders, which would bring the same drag and drop editing functionality to crafting beautiful automated emails..

Help improve accessibility and UX - modernize Select2.

Funding is 53% complete

Select2 is a library that enhances the usability of CiviCRM by providing rich dropdown widgets like the EntityRef field and action menus. This initative will overhaul those widgets by performing a major upgrade to the Select2 library. This new version provides greater accessibility for users with special needs, and an all-around improved user experience. JMA Consulting is spearheading this initiative in collaboration with the Core Team.
