Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. is looking for a full time, temporary hire who will be tasked with a database project that will last no longer than six months. The temporary hire will utilize CLINIC’s in-house database system (CiviCRM) which primarily manages its membership, event, and donor records.
This job entails the following:
- Organize and manage constituent records by merging data, fixing outdated/incorrect information and purging unnecessary information
- Monitor the constituent database to confirm threshold levels, data, and other information is functioning properly and that data is of high quality
- Contacting organization’s members to obtain current information for the database and updating records accordingly
- Other tasks that fall under the general scope of this position, mostly database related
The skills required of this position are the following:
- Proven customer support experience
- Proven database or data entry experience
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
In addition, the temporary hire will have had at least a year or more experience of working in a live database environment. An ideal candidate will understand the complexities of how a database system works, integrating their knowledge into a system that includes more than 40,000 records.
