As a Circle developer your day will usually be focussed on getting your head buried in project work incorporating a number of technologies we utilise, including PHP, MySQL, JS, Angular, React etc. We tend to develop around Drupal and CiviCRM and the majority of our work is building bespoke applications on those platforms, so you will need a solid familiarity of Drupal and generally working with APIs.

We have a large number of clients so another essential part of your work will be supporting and maintaining an assortment of applications across various frameworks and versions. Good time management and problem solving skills are essential to this role.

You’ll need to be well organised and be keen to keep your work well documented and safe. Working in a team of several other developers we enjoy a close-knit support network always helping each other out, so you’ll definitely need to be a team player. We run regular knowledge sharing and training sessions for developers and you'll get to go to some conferences and sprints for Open Source projects.

The pay off for your hard work is a relaxed and flexible working environment with time given to improve your skill base with some self-learning. We’ll supply you with ample amounts of tea, coffee and fruit, plus a host of activities to get away from the screen, from table tennis to walking to lunchtime pub trips.

Salary:

£30,000 - 35,000 or in-line with experience.
