HR Council was looking for a system to centralize multiple activities with its constituents: organization-wide address book, newsletter delivery, online event registration and ability to track staff communication with HR Council constituents. CiviCRM proved to be flexible and easy to extend application to meet all the needs.
Background
To deliver a system that will allow to keep track of all information pertained to HR Council constituents, including phone calls, emails, past newsletter deliveries and event registrations.
Challenges
Cleanup and import of multiple mailing lists into CiviCRM.
