Note: As of CiviCRM 5.12 this extension is part of CiviCRM core.
This extension uses the SmartMenus jQuery plugin to add a responsive, accessible, configurable menu to CiviCRM.
It will be ported into CiviCRM core in the near future, making the installation of this extension redundant.
