CiviCRM and Google Summer of Code 2009

Thanks to the invitation from Joomla! and their kind sharing of the precious student slots, CiviCRM was able to participate in last year’s Google Summer of Code, with the GSoC project adding multilingual support to CiviCRM. We hope to participate in the Google Summer of Code again this year. If we are accepted, personal applications begin on March 23^rd, but we would very much like to hear from interested students before – please reply/discuss in this forum topic if interested (and make sure to read the GSoC FAQ first). We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop as things progress. If you know any students in your personal network who might be interested in this great opportunity to expand and exercise their technical skills while contributing to the non-profit sector - please pass this along!
