Cividesk will be offering the Fundamentals of Contact Management, an essential on-line course for new users of CiviCRM, on Friday, April 13th, 9 to 11 am MT (start time: 8 am PT/10 am CT/11 am ET).
This on-line training session is designed to guide new users through all the basics of managing contacts in CiviCRM. We'll cover creating new contact records and the relationships between contacts, searching on contact data, how to send an email, merging duplicate contact records, creating and using groups and tags, recording activities and creating an activity report. Class size is kept small to allow time for questions.
