CiviCRM personal campaign teams allows people to create their own personal campaign page (PCP) which is part of a team, with a common objective as well as an individual page for each member. Read more about it in this blog post.
Once enabled, the extension provides the following features:
- On the administration of Contribution Pages, under the Personal Campaigns tab, a new checkbox "Enable Personal Campaign for Teams?" will appear. When checked, it also proposes optional settings to set a maximum number of members per team, a default team and individual goal, and default welcome texts when creating new pages.
- When users signup to create a new page, they will be presented with the option to create a team, or join an existing team. When an individual page is created, the page title is their first/last name.
- Team administrators can approve/deny the members in their team. The default behaviour is to approve, and they can deny if necessary.
- The thermometer displayed on the team page aggregates the amounts received on that team page, but also from the team pages of all members (it's still possible to donate to a team, rather than only to individuals, but you can theme around that if you prefer to have donations only to individuals).
- Team pages also display a list of team members (and the amount raised by that member, and a link to their page).
