Provides a simplified SOAP endpoint for CiviSMTP bounce processing.

This extension is recommended only if you are having issues with SOAP and CiviSMTP, such as on Drupal8. Once installed, update your CiviSMTP soap endpoint to: https://example.org/civicrm/civismtp
