Display Event start/end dates in the user's timezone. Useful for virtual events.
NOTE: This is just a proof of concept to discuss the user interface. It currently depends on having a valid Google Maps API key (with support for the timezone API). Eventually, we also hope to add support for links that would directly let the user select their timezone.
It can be useful when combined with the event-ics extension, since this helps participants have a calendar event (if tied to their email) with the correct timezone.
