We’re excited to invite you to CiviCamp Birmingham (CiviBRM), a one-day, community-driven event for everyone using CiviCRM.
Taking place on 9 June in Birmingham, UK, CiviCamp Birmingham brings together users, implementers, developers, and organisations from across the community to share knowledge, learn from each other, and make meaningful connections.
Whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience, this event is designed to be a welcoming, practical, and engaging space for all.
A user focussed event
CiviCamp Birmingham is shaped by the community, for the community.
The focus is on real-world experience with sessions that explore how people are actually using CiviCRM in their day-to-day work. From managing memberships and fundraising, to building integrations and improving workflows, the emphasis is on sharing what works (and sometimes what doesn’t).
You won’t find sales pitches here. Instead, you’ll hear honest insights, practical tips, and lessons learned by different organisations using CiviCRM.

Discover tips, tricks, and inspiration from real users, and get a look at new features and upcoming developments.

Meet others working with CiviCRM, exchange ideas, and get advice from people who’ve faced similar challenges.

Have something to contribute? This is a friendly and supportive space to share your experience and help others learn.
The programme has plenty of time built in for some of those most valuable moments that happen outside of sessions, in conversations over coffee, between talks, and in those “we had that exact problem too” exchanges.

Sessions don’t need to be polished or perfect. Often some of the most valuable talks are the honest, experience-led ones.
