This two hour on-line training on Friday, November 3rd (8 am PT/9 am MT/11 am ET) is perfect for new users of CiviCRM who would like to learn all the basics of CiviMember.
It's also ideal for those in charge of configuring the membership module, since the class covers the best way to set up membership types and explores the rules behind how CiviCRM automatically moves a membership from new to expired. We will walk through configuring an on-line membership page, so contacts can sign up for membership or renew on-line, and you'll learn how to input a new membership or take care of a renewal manually on the backend.
