With this extension you can export financial batches to CSV-documents, that can be imported into Winbooks using the infamous WbLink tool.
We use it with a patched CiviCRM 4.7. It probably works with 4.6.x, but you will have to try (and change the CiviCRM version number in info.xml).
Disclaimer: This extension is incomplete. It is not production ready. It is even probably broken, but it works for us at the moment. More or less. ;-) You'll probably have to adapt it for your own organisation, or even better: make it configurable. (I will happily accept pull requests.)
