This extension doesn't offer any new features to CiviCRM but aims to be a hub for information and mitigation strategies for removed core functions that your extension relied on.
It provides replacements for deprecated CiviCRM core functions with the same signature. This aims at making it easier to adjust your extensions to a new CiviCRM version, if you run into issues with deprecation warnings or purged deprecated functions.

Even though this approach might seem odd to some people, it will make keeping our 100+ SYSTOPIA extensions up to date much more manageable and safe. That number obviously is not only our public extensions, but also the ones we created for customer specific customisations on their individual CiviCRM installations.
