With the September 14th deadline for SCA payments and Stripe increasingly reminding users about their PCI compliance many of you will be wondering what is happening with the new Stripe extension that was funded in record time through the CiviCRM Make it Happen programme.
Accept Bitcoin / Bitcoin Cash (BCH/BTC) payments using bitpay (https://bitpay.com/) through CiviCRM.
If you've heard of stripe you'll know it's a great platform for accepting credit card payments. If you haven't heard of it and are reading this then you should try it out: https://stripe.com
Do you need to collect a "real" signature from your contacts and store it on their contact record?

I've had a few requests from clients recently with queries around updating contact details and permissions with the new GDPR data protection legislation coming into force in Europe in May.

I'm please to announce the release of a new Smart Debit extension for CiviCRM 4.7.
The new extension is based on the vedaconsulting (https://vedaconsulting.co.uk) extensions for previous releases of CiviCRM but is rewritten and includes a number of new features and enhancements. Development and Testing has been funded by Circle Interactive (https://circle-interactive.co.uk) and implemented by MJW Consulting (https://www.mjwconsult.co.uk).
In CiviCRM you can configure a membership to auto-renew, provide the option
or not auto-renew. However, this was not used for the self-signup contribution pages.
