CiviCamp Is coming to Hartford! This inaugural event is taking place on Monday, October 2nd at the beautiful and iconic Connecticut Science Center on the Connecticut River in Hartford, CT.

Presented by Greenleaf Advancement, Kilakwa AssociatesEveryday Democracy, and Tadpole Collective, this low-cost, one day event will be targeted to existing CiviCRM users as well as nonprofit professionals interested in exploring Civi. There will be two concurrent tracks divided roughly between evaluators, and users & administrators. We will be presenting case studies, and have sessions by presenters exploring additional topics like prospect research and payment processors, so you can learn how CiviCRM fits into the fabric of a nonprofit organization. This event will focus on how Civi is used to get things done in an organization as much if not more than just how CiviCRM works. Members of the Core Team will be on hand to lend their perspective and expertise as well. We'll even have a community bar where you can bring thorny CiviCRM issues to local experts for assistance.

Additionally, through the generosity of our lead sponsor Donor Search, we will be offering to the first 100 registrants a complimentary three-month subscription to the Donor Search web-lookup prospect research service!

We are keeping this event very affordable to encourage attendance. Tickets will only be $30 for a full day, and include a box lunch and two coffee breaks. A full day of on-site parking will be available to attendees for $11 in advance ($17 the day of the event). The Science Center is a relatively easy walk (.8 miles) from the train / bus station, and is easy on, easy off from the highway.

We will be advertising with many local organizations, and registration is likely to fill up very quickly once the word gets out. So don’t hesitate, and register today!

There are still sponsor opportunities available as well and we would love to have your support. If you are interested, click here.

We hope to see you in Hartford!
