We are really excited about CiviCon happening on June 2nd and 3rd 2016 at the Colorado State University. It is a great opportunity to attend a world-class conference where you will meet and learn from the people in the CiviCRM community and other CiviCRM users.
Attending CiviCon is an excellent way to learn more about - and contribute to - CiviCRM, and meet our growing community. It is an equally enriching experience whether you are simply evaluating CiviCRM, a new user, and implementor, a consultant or developer. Come join us to learn, enrich your knowledge and stay informed about the latest and greatest.
And this year, we're going to pamper you ...transportation from the aiport to the campus, on-site lodging in the best student residence, a food court to dream of and a brand new conference center with the latest technology ... it's back to the U, with all the honors!

Venue
Please join us at the Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Come find out why Fort Collins is consistently voted one of the best places to live in America! From the Denver International Airport, a shuttle ride of just over an hour will take you right to the university campus where all CiviCon events will be happening. Fort Collins is a beautiful city, very easy to explore on foot, the main street through downtown is only a few blocks away from campus. In addition, there is easy to navigate local transportation, and Uber or taxis that can take you to visit the old town, stunning outdoors and nearby attractions.
Venue Information
Please join us at the Lory Student Center for the main conference. This newly renovated building is the CSU campus' “connection central” – its heartbeat – where students, faculty, staff, and the world at large come to work, learn, play, and feel a part of the energy of Colorado State University’s community. The Lory Student Center features an assortment of flexible spaces of varying sizes including state of the art audiovisual equipment, stunning mountain views, an assortment of choices for meals, and even on-site brewery.
The Lory Student Center @ CSU is quite simply the perfect venue for CiviCON 2016.
Accommodation
As part of the registration you will have the opportunity to select accommodation in CSU student housing. These very comfortable rooms are located right on the CSU campus, steps away from the conference venue. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and include a private bathroom and 2 single beds. You have the option of booking the room for yourself or sharing with another conference attendee. This is the preferred lodging option for all CiviCon events, but can also book a nearby hotel if you would prefer.
Transportation
Transportation from the Denver International Airport to the CSU campus through shared shuttles/door-to-door vans will be offered for a very low cost through the conference registration page - don't forget to indicate your flight details if you select this option. This is the prefered option as you will not need transportation in Fort Collins if staying in the CSU student housing. If you would prefer renting a car at the airport, the drive from the airport to the conference venue is just over an hour long.
