We are sorry to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances the CiviCRM Virtual "London" Meetup II planned for this Thursday 1st October will have to be postponed.

A new date and time for the Meetup will be provided very shortly.

Following the success of the very first online meetup, we are really excited to invite you all to the second edition of our Virtual CiviCRM “London” Meetup next month!

For those of you who missed the last session - don’t worry - you can watch a recording here of the meetup here: Virtual CiviCRM “London” Meetup - CiviCase Edition

The meetup is open to everyone and we welcome all levels of experience and abilities.  We will be dedicating the first half an hour to answering your questions in our CiviSurgery so do come along and ask us anything!  The meetup is a great forum for asking questions and sharing your CivCRM experiences with other users, implementers, experts, or developers who can help.

We will do our best to accommodate different time zones for the virtual meetups and we hope that the slightly later time slot (14:30pm - 16:00 UK time) will encourage even more members of the Civi community around the globe to join!

Membership management is hugely important to many Civi users so the focus of our next virtual meetup will be CiviCRM Membership!

Our team will be showcasing the features of CiviCRM for membership and the Membership Extras extension including Compucorp’s Direct Debit module.

Full agenda below:

  1. CiviSurgery: From 14:30PM to 15:05PM
    We’ll start off as always with the CiviSurgery. The CiviSurgery is a place where you can ask anything - so whether you’re a CiviCRM beginner or an expert seeking some advice, we’ll be there to help.
  2. Introduction to CiviCRM Membership: From 15:10PM to 15:30PM
    A look into the most recent improvements in CiviCRM’s Membership module: An overview of what it can do for your organisation and what’s new in the latest version!
  3. Membership extras and Compucorp Direct Debit module - From 15:30PM to 15:55PM
    Find out how the Membership Extras extension can be used to help your organisation manage memberships through instalment fees, and auto-renewal and learn more about the Direct Debit companion extension which allows organisations to follow standard AUDDIS processes for direct debit.

Future meetups will look at CiviCRM for Events and Communication workflows.  If you have any other requests for sessions or would like to speak yourself do get in touch!  We are always on the lookout for end users who would like to contribute to our meetup event by kindly giving a 10/15 minute presentation or case study on how they've got on with or are using Civi.
