There’s many ways the CiviCRM project continuously gets feedback: from clients working with CiviCRM partners, people posting GitLab issues, or conversations in the Mattermost chat.
But right now, we’d like to step back and revisit with a more holistic angle of where end user organizations are at via a short 5-10 minute survey.
We also want to dive into the recent past for a bit, or those that are currently considering CiviCRM and let us know what’s driving your decision to use CiviCRM, or not.
Your candid feedback helps us understand what’s working, what’s missing, potential misconceptions and where we can do better. And frankly, we’re also looking to see what types of organizations fit best with the product so we can communicate better via our marketing efforts.
