WordPress is the most popular content management systems in the world and CiviCRM is the most popular open source CRM for non-profits and the civic sector. With CiviCRM 4.1 support for Wordpress, Wordpress users were able to use the most powerful CMS + CRM combination ever.      

GiftAid has been ported to a Civi Extension for 4.2, so that it can be used in CiviCRM irrespective of the CMS. The extension has been tested in Drupal 7, Joomla and Wordpress. Hope it will make especially Joomla folks happy, as there were requests in the forum about porting the module as a Joomla Plugin.

Nfpservices are looking forward to the next CiviCRM London Seminar which will take place  on Tuesday 19th June at our London Office.

The seminar was a great success last month with several new organisations being introduced to CiviCRM and understanding the potential of the product.

It has been an amazing Code Sprint in London this week. Lots done in the week, including GiftAid module fixes to work with Drupal 7/CiviCRM 4.x branch. CiviMobile, CiviCRM testing, Documentation.

I think there were few discussion in the forum about adding 'Custom Data Group' with multiple records in a profile. We wanted the same for one of our clients, who wanted an Application Form in which they wanted to collect Qualifications and Experience, which obviously is multi-record custom data against contact. As they needed it in a very short period of time, we managed to do a work around to accomplish this. As usual, the wonderful CiviCRM API version 3 and hooks come to the rescue.
