CiviCamp Montreal

Canada's first CiviCamp

CiviCamp Montreal

CiviCamp is headed to Canada for the first time! Come meet other locals who are interested in, using or learning more about CiviCRM.

This exciting new CiviCRM conference is a 1 day discover and training opportunity for:

  • Individuals that are thinking about using CiviCRM within their organisation and want to find out more;
  • New and existing users of CiviCRM who want to understand the latest developments.
  • Developers that want to learn more about CiviCRM's capabilities.

If you have questions, there will be a number of Canadian based CiviCRM experts in attendance who can help. You will also be able to talk to staff from other organisations who already use CiviCRM, and make connections that will help you in the future.

The event will be held at the Alt Hotel Montréal (120 rue Peel, Montréal, H3C 0L8; Bonaventure metro station, public transportation is strongly recommended because of the construction in the area!).

CiviCamp offers a one day fast track to learning about CiviCRM and improving overall user skills.

  • Low cost events
  • Discover what CiviCRM is and what it can do
  • Sessions specifically for end user organizations
  • Expert-led trainings
  • Case studies and insights in NPO operations
  • Lean more about the CiviCRM community
  • Lots more!..

CiviCamp Montreal is a locally-organized, 1 day event focused on raising awareness and capacity within nonprofit and civic-sector organizations. Over 11,000 organizations around the world use CiviCRM to make a meaningful difference.

CiviCamp will be followed by a 3 day code sprint (28-30 September) where developers work together in person to improve CiviCRM in areas such as Drupal 8 support, Canadian taxes, translation, community management, documentation and much more. Are you a developer new to CiviCRM? Sprints are a great way to get started. There's also plenty of work for non-programmers, including testing, documentation and translation.

You can support them and CiviCRM by sponsoring CiviCamp Montreal!
