Case Study: CiviCRM at Amnesty International Vlaanderen

In this session Erik Hommel (CiviCoop) will share the story of CiviCRM at Amnesty International Vlaanderen. We will talk about how we started using CiviCRM, why we started using CiviSepa and CiviBanking and how we brought back the delay between a donor signing up on the street and the first Direct Debit and finally about what we would like to do next!

CiviCRM and Direct Debits (inc SEPA for Europe)

Rich from Artful Robot will outline what GoCardless offers for small-medium sized organisations and how their new CiviCRM payment processor extension can help your supporters set up direct debits and automatically enter all the monthly payments thereafter.

And...
Matthew from MJW Consulting will outline what SmartDebit offers for larger organisations and how the updated CiviCRM payment processor extension can help your supporters set up direct debits, update successful/failed payments automatically and reconcile payments that don't already exist in CiviCRM.
And...
Bjorn from SYSTOPIA will walk you through CiviSEPA, free direct debit services in EURope (sic), from mandate management to payment processor. The CiviSEPA project implements the SEPA standard for CiviCRM,giving you free direct debit EUR transactions in and between 34 countries.

CiviHR - The Story So Far and Coming Soon

Although HR can seem difficult, in this workshop Andrew Tombs (Yoti) and Jamie Novick (Compucorp Ltd) will give insight to how CiviHR can make managing staff and volunteers easier for you and your organisation

CiviCRM with Wordpress and Joomla

Join this session to learn more about Caldera Forms Integration and using CiviCRM with Wordpress and the Joomla Memberships plugin with Andrei Mondoc and Nic Wistreich (Visualist)

Room 3

Automating communications and workflow using CiviCRM

In this session we will present some examples of workflow automation such as: send an mail if x happens, add to a group if y happens, change a case status if z happens. We will use the core CiviCRM Scheduled Reminders and the CiviRules extension to achieve this. The session will be aimed at CiviCRM users.

Drupal and CiviCRM: Webform + Views

See how the Drupal Views and Webform modules can be used together to create a complex website portal or application system. This is where external individuals login to your website and interact with the CRM data. Both viewing existing data or adding/editing existing CRM data. We will also look at some simple examples which you can easily add to your own CiviCRM system (assuming your CiviCRM system is hosted inside the Drupal content management system).

Mailing and SMS with CiviCRM

Hear about the new Mosaico module at this talk on mailing and marketing with CiviCRM using email and how SMS has proved to be a useful tool since it was published as an extension. With Michael McAndrew (Third Sector Designs) and Guanhuan Chen (Compucorp)

CiviCRM Reports and Extensions

Rose Lanigan (Ruza Solutions) and William Mortada (Technology for Social Purpose) will give an overview of the Reporting tool built into CiviCRM, and the potential extensions available. Aimed at beginners and regular users, we will look at the various tools available when tasked with reporting your data.
