Training: Extending Donor Management Capabilities in CiviCRM
Building strong relationships is at the heart of effective donor management, and an organization’s CRM should serve as a tool that supports and enhances this real-world engagement. During this session, we will explore multiple out-of-the-box features and CiviCRM extensions that together extend the donor management capabilities of the platform. We'll take a look at the Summary Fields extension, saving reports as dashlets, creating and using relationship types, using the Contact Summary Layout and Relationship Block extension, creating custom Activity Types, and recording inbound emails in CiviCRM to enhance your organization’s day-to-day management of key contacts and relationships.
