Registration is closed for this event
This code sprint is replacing the training camp that has been cancelled due to not enough participants to cover the costs. You need to be a developer to attend and have PHP and MySQL skills, and be familiar with and ready to dive into the CiviCRM code base.

Two of the API Team members (Erik and Xavier) will be at the sprint, and support and help you finding your way on the code.

We will do a proper training on the API, explain the improvments for the API v3 that we are working on.

During the code, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the next version of civicrm and improve some APIs by migrating them on the new v3 standards.

The session will include a series of hands-on exercises using specially configured training installations of CiviCRM.  Participants should bring a laptop with wifi capabilities to this training to they can take part in these exercises.  If you are new to CiviCRM, we strongly recommend that you read the free online book - CiviCRM a comprehensive guide - in preparation for the training.

About Event Fees

This event is free. If however you find the training on the API and general support level so good that you want to contribute financially, any donation to a make it happen project would be greatly appreciated.
