Sharpen your CiviCRM skills in New York City. You'll have three options: Fundamentals of Organizing with CiviCRM for new users; Communications and Advanced topics for advanced users; Fundraising with CiviCRM for development staff.

Want to learn how organizations across the country are using data to win campaigns, build leadership and raise more money for their mission?

If so, then join in New York City on May 12-14.

You'll spend time with PTP's experienced technologists who also happen to be experienced organizers. We understand your work and are ready to help you use CiviCRM/PowerBase to keep on winning. But to win sustainable victories you've got to be in it for the long haul-developing leaders, communicating with your communities, and raising money to sustain your work.

This is what participants told us at PTPs latest training:

"I learned things in this training that will greatly increase my organization's ability to have successful fundraising campaigns."

"PTP helps our organization combine communications and technology to go further"

"PowerBase is a gift for organizations large and small that want technology that is designed by and for organizers."

"PTP is bringing the cutting edge of constituency management to grassroots organizations. Powerbase [CiviCRM] is simply an excellent product and the support couldn't be better!"

Join us in New York in May and learn from our powerhouse CiviCRM/PowerBase team. Working with our team, you'll learn skills like using data to turn out people to your events, tracking leadership development and membership activities, sending out mass emails, conducting phonebanks and the different reporting features in PowerBase. We will show how to analyze and make sense of your data by using PowerBase's built-in and customizable reports and dashboards.

Sessions:
Each day will cover a different track. You can attend one, two, or all three days. You do not have to attend all three days nor do you have to start with fundamentals if you are already familiar with PowerBase.

Here's what we'll be covering:

The three sessions:

  1. Session 1 - Tuesday May 12
Fundamentals of Organizing with PowerBase for those newer to CiviCRM/PowerBase

We’ll cover the major areas of PB such as tracking your interactions with constituents, setting up and managing events, setting up and sending mass emails, and much more.
  2. Session 2 -  Wednesday May 13
Advanced Topics and Communications with CiviCRM/PowerBase

    We
will cover topics such as email list management strategies, email templates, importing, SMS, deduping and more.
  3. Session 3 -  Thursday May 14
    Fundraising in CiviCRM/PowerBase

We will cover setting up Contribution Pages, Events, Personal Campaign Pages. We’ll also go deeper into how to use PowerBase to boost and monitor your grassroots fundraising.

Pricing will be per person per day. Each person registers for the session (or sessions) they wish to attend. For example, if a person would like to register for both Session 2 and Session 3, they could do so. If an organization would like to send several staff members, each staff member registers and pays individually. Please contact us if you have questions.

If you are organizing, fundraising, organizing events or doing communications in your organization, then this training is for you.

Please sign up ASAP to guarantee your spot at the training. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and the venue holds a limited number of people. We'll close registration when we're full or by May 8th, which ever comes first.
