Users of the CiviCRM Extended Security Releases (ESR) do not need to upgrade. The current version of ESR is CiviCRM 5.69.x.

What's new in CiviCRM 5.74
FormBuilder date improvements
FormBuilder can now set default dates. Great for adding a hidden "submitted on" date set to today.
Import improvements
You can now import updates to participant registrations as well as create new registrations.
UI Overhaul
SMS (text message) provider setup has the new user interface, making it faster and easier to customize.

- Recalculate recipients - Recalculates the recipients of a mailing just before it is sent.
