Our Technical Bid Writing role will be a pivotal link between our sales and delivery teams.

You will take ownership of the end to end RFP and bid writing process.

Working with the Senior Leadership team you will agree on the overall strategy for identifying, qualifying and responding to opportunities before executing that strategy with excellent responses.

You will be the bid owner managing our technical content bank and iterating this, through research and discussion with our product and project managers, to provide compelling explanations of functionality and high quality examples of previous work.

You must be able to demonstrate the power of our solutions, by understanding the client’s needs and focusing on their specific business outcomes, before translating these into persuasive proposals that represent the quality of our offering.

As a technical role, there will be a lot to learn about our platforms and tools, which are developing at a rapid rate, so expect to be challenged to research and explore our product ecosystems and to interact with our product teams to understand new functionality.

With an eye on the market space, and competitor offerings you will also be able to contribute to the overall product roadmap and future developments.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end process of Bid and Tender submissions
- Manage and write complex tender responses which communicate our product and service offering to potential clients
- Maintaining and building our tender response library to efficiently complete bid and tender responses
- Evaluating and identifying areas for improvement from tender and bid feedback
- Exploring the market space and our open source product community to seek new opportunities to enhance our product offering

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a technical sales role
- Bid/Tender Writing: minimum of 4 years experience
- A broad understanding of the digital landscape
- Interest in or previous experience of the Charity technology space
- Interest in or previous experience of the CRM market space

Location: Flexible

Type: Permanent

Salary Range: £35-45k + Bonus
