CiviCon 2025 is now in the process of finalizing the program, and we still have openings for additional presenters! Submit your proposal today.

Not ready to present yourself? Or want a voice in what's covered? We'd love to hear what educational content you would like to see.

Both forms will close on March 23rd.

We're looking for presentations that will showcase the best of CiviCRM. We will have two days of programming with three separate tracks. We would like to see presentation topics that include, if possible, real world examples, case studies, and success stories. Our target audience will be CiviCRM users, admins, implementers, and developers, with skill levels from beginners to experts.

Some areas we'd still like to fill in:

  • Search Kit: mechanics and success stories
  • FormBuilder: mechanics and success stories
  • Anything on any of the Civi major components - contributions, events, bulk communications, campaigns, cases, memberships, etc.
  • Best practices for managing data
  • Interesting extensions that solve a thorny business problem
  • CRM success practices that are not necessarily CiviCRM-specific but that show what Civi can do (for example, organizing contacts is important, and Civi provides multiple ways to do that).

We still have openings for both regular talks (45 minutes) and lightning talks (5 to 15 minutes), If your topic needs a longer slot, please let us know as we may have a few slots for longer, in depth presentations.

Available space in the program is limited. If you would like to present, please submit your proposal here.

For those likely to come but who don't want to present, we're still interested to hear what content you'd like to see to make the event an absolute 'don't miss' for you.

And don't forget, registration is currently open with early bird prices, so get your tickets today.

See you in San Francisco!
