CiviMail A-B testing and usability improvements

Two key improvement projects for the CiviMail component were undertaken by our 2014 Google Summer of Code teams:

• Streamlining and Usability Improvements for the CiviMail mailing interface (details and screenshots here)
• A/B Testing and Statistics Visualizations for CiviMail Mailings (details and screenshots here)

This make-it-happen will help ensure that these two projects are completed, tested and integrated into the 4.6 release.
