This extension provides a generic way creating a message queue. This message queue could then be used
by other systems to retrieve changes from CiviCRM.
For example we can have a change message queue for submitting changes to an Outlook 365 address book. Every time a name of
a contact or its e-mail address is changed. A message is added to queue. Outlook 365 can then read message by message to process the
changes.
For developers it good to know that the queue used could be extended so that for example you can push the messages to RabbitMQ.
(RabbitMQ is an implementation of a message queue).
By default this extension comes with a CiviCRM Database Queue. This queue could be read with the API ChangeMessageQueue.get

SendGrid is a 3rd party bulk email delivery provider that features an Event Notification app (https://sendgrid.com/docs/API_Reference/Webhooks/event.html) which is included with their service. This functionality was chosen to integrate as a CiviCRM extension because it's easy to configure what notifications you want sent, features basic HTTP authentication, requires just a "responder" or "listener" (this extension) to receive the notifications from SendGrid and add them to the CiviCRM database, and could be developed to be relatively agnostic of a specific organization and distributed to the CiviCRM community.
Eases duplicate detection by performing periodic background scans for duplicate candidates across all contacts, for each appropriately configured Dedupe Rule; duplicate candidate are presented in reviewable batches, which you can then process for merging (or marking as "not duplicates") as usual with CiviCRM's merging features.
