Extensions are installable packages which give CiviCRM new functionality, and this directory provides a centralized list of extensions which the CiviCRM community has created. This listing displays CiviCRM extensions that work on all Content Management Systems (CMS).

Extension to show or hide civicrm menu bar on top, based on role or permission.
Adds a "View all mailings" permission to CiviCRM that, if the user does not have the permission, stops them from seeing mailings not created by them.

CallHub is a hosted phone banking service that enables your staff to talk with your contacts over the phone banking campaign and store notes about the call. This extension integrates CallHub with CiviCRM by posting call dispositions and notes as CiviCRM activities attached to the contact record and assigned to the relevant staff person's record.
The Database Health Report provides you with a snapshot of your CiviCRM database's usage. It reports the last login time and number of contacts and activities modified by each user. For that will find the importer in Contact menu with the "Import/Synchronise Committees" item. There you'll have to select:
an importer module suitable for your data source, e.g. the German Kürschner list.
a syncer module that defines the way the data is represented in your CiviCRM instance.

This extension allow you to choose another template and write a specific text for the email in the action "Make Thank-you Letters" of Contributions.
Since CiviCRM 5.42, the entity_table field in CiviCRM tables will be derived from CiviCRM option group. So if you have an extension and have code that stores value in entity_table which is not part of option list present in Civi core install the system will throw error. This extension avoids the fatal error by defining the entity table list with all the entities present in the system.
Using a CiviCRM search form (ex: Advanced Search), export all the photos of the resulting contacts as a single zip file.
Provides a user interface to set postal address formats on a per-country basis. Useful if you send mailings to multiple countries.
