Extensions Directory
Extensions are installable packages which give CiviCRM new functionality, and this directory provides a centralized list of extensions which the CiviCRM community has created. This listing displays CiviCRM extensions that work on all Content Management Systems (CMS).

Provides a tab on the Contact record screen that lists (nearly) all CiviMail events to do with that contact, in chronological order. This may be useful for troubleshooting, or to see which links a particular person clicked. It also includes the dates any of their emails were put on hold or released.
Extension to segment an existing draft mailing leaving two separate, identical mailings except for their non-overlapping recipients, which can then be adapted to the segments appropriately before being submitted.
Provides some basic fields and functionality to assist with compliance for Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation.
Integrates SparkPost to CiviCRM, so email can be sent out over the SparkPost service and bounces can be processed in CiviCRM.
This Extension allows you to create and schedule CiviCRM mailings without using the CiviCRM user interface.
Creates a token (contributions.itemized) that shows a contact's contributions within the past year.
Provides configurable tokens to handle "Dear Supporter" if the first name is missing (etc)
On a production site, where your error settings are usually pretty low, errors from bad smarty code in message templates can disappear or on some sites it may go to the apache error log or somewhere not very easily findable by the user or even the site admin. This makes it hard to diagnose why messages aren't going out. There are some differences between what happens on different CMS's too, so this evens it out.
Adds a "View all mailings" permission to CiviCRM that, if the user does not have the permission, stops them from seeing mailings not created by them.
Provides more information about mailing mailing engagements, such as how many people contributed successfully after clicking on a mailing link.
When you get a receipt for a recurring contribution/membership you also get some links for self-service cancel, update and billing. This extension provides those links as tokens that can be used in any messagetemplate when the renderer gets a contribution, membership ID or recurring contribution ID.
Filters the mailing recipients using the Preferred Language on their contact record.
