In the beginning of the year I wrote a blogpost on Donor Journeys and CiviCRM (https://civicrm.org/blogs/erikhommel/donor-journeys-unconference-and-civicrm). As a first step we have created a specific CiviCRM forum on Fundraising and Donor Journeys (http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/board,88.0.html). But we are also going to do a first series of webinars on this topic:

  1. Rupert Tappin of Decaid Consulting will do an initial webinar on 5th March 2014: Donor Journeys: what are they and why would I want them? Expected audience is (super) users and anyone interested in using Donor Journeys for fundraising.
  2. Martin Aarflot and/or Steinar Sodal from MAF Norge will do a webinar on 6th March 2014: What does MAF Norge want to accomplish with they Donor Journeys, what have they done and still need to do.
  3. Erik Hommel from CiviCooP will host a webinar on 12th March 2014: what have we done with MAF Norge in CiviCRM to make their Donor Journeys happen and what are we planning to do
  4. Parvez Saleh from Veda Consulting and Owen Bowden from Leukemia & Lymphoma Research are prepared to host a webinar on April 1st on what LLR and Veda have added to CiviCRM in this context (scheduled reminders and smart groups extensions).

If you would like to participate in any of these webinars please drop me mail: erik.hommel@civicoop.org

This is great, one of the members of my collective over here is really into supporter journies to, we should try to line up one over this side of the planet to.

First webinar is on 5 March 2014, 10.00 AM GMT. Please check out Decaid Consulting on Google Plus and send them a mail if you want to participate!

The 3rd webinar is scheduled for 12 March 2014 at 17.00 GMT+1. Drop me an email if you want to participate!

I watched the 3rd webinar but... could only effectively hear voice, as when you showed your screen with all the examples  it didn't come up full screen - it appeared the same size as a person icon - so was unreadable.  These webinars have been very useful, so I hope this doesn't happen again!
