CiviCamp Montreal is a one-day event to discover CiviCRM, learn new tricks and share your experiences. The event will feature two tracks of sessions with a wide array of topics, from beginner to power-user, including a special focus on requirements for organisations North of the border, such as Canadian payment processors, event/membership taxes, tax receipts and translation. Register now, we will close the event once we reach the room's capacity.

CiviCamp will be followed by a 3 day code sprint where developers work together in person to improve CiviCRM in areas such as Drupal 8 support, Canadian taxes, translation, community management, documentation and much more. Are you a developer new to CiviCRM? Sprints are a great way to get started. There's also plenty of work for non-programmers, including testing, documentation and translation. The Montreal sprint will be held at the same time as the Washington DC sprint, so expect a lot of activity during those days!

The event will be at the Alt Hotel Montreal, located in Griffintown (near Bonaventure station), between the Old-Montreal and the Lachine Canal. If you are visiting from outside Montreal, you can also count on us to have the best suggestions for pubs, poutine, bike rides and much more to explore the biggest French-speaking city in North-America.

Sponsors: contact if you would like to sponsor the camp. We are looking for 3 major sponsors. Make your organisation shine by ensuring that CiviCamp is a high quality event at an affordable registration fee.

Speakers: email with the topic you would like to present and the target audience (discovery, user, admin, dev).
