Introduction to Contact (Customer or constituent) Relationship Management.

In this training we will use CiviCRM to explore what a CRM can do.

Contacts Management: Understand and manage your contacts. Different groups of people need different attention, give them the care they deserve, to maximize your organization's mission and goals.

Communications: Keep in touch with newsletters, emails blasts, and SMS. Create customizable emails for different groups, keep track and measure the effectiveness of your efforts. Even track activities for each contact.

Memberships & Subscriptions: Setup and maintain your organization's memberships and subscriptions. Allow people to join, pay for, renew, and manage their memberships online. Send automated emails to members, including renewal reminders.

Events: Create online event pages. Allow people to register for free and paid events. Automate tasks like registration confirmations, receipts and reminders. Print badges and much more.

Contributions/Fundraising: Allow people to make pledges and donations, including recurring donations.
