Mediwe needs the flexibility CiviCRM offers

Mediwe is very flexible with their ICT support, offering tailormade solutions to their customers. CiviCRM as an open source CRM allows them to rapidly develop customizations needed for that flexibility. Mediwe organizes check ups for absent employees and related medical services. They use CiviCase heavily for their processes. From their website and customer portal they feed data into CiviCRM using the Form Processor extension and the CMRF framework to keep the CiviCRM server and the public facing servers separate.
There is also a link between CiviCRM and a Belgian invoicing webapp. Mediwe has been using CiviCRM for about 10 years now and continue to develop the support for their customers and processes.
