Challenges
The biggest challenge was to find a system built for organizartions like ours, non-commercial and oriented to promote art and culture. CiviCRM definitely filled that need!
Solution
We evaluated SugarCRM and SalesForce. We implemented CiviCRM in 2009 when it still had the stand-alone version.
Functionality
Events management, massive emails, integration with Drupal.
