We’re on the lookout for a talented and ambitious new Lead Functional Consultant to join the Compuco team to help charities achieve their goals using our game changing CRM tools.

In this role, you will lead a team of functional experts specialising in our CRM and Website products. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions that solve real-world problems.

Key responsibilities:
Team management:
- Lead and inspire a growing team fostering a collaborative learning culture.
- Support your direct reports by providing guidance and strategic support during 1-1 discussions.
- Ensure all team deliverables meet the highest standards before reaching external stakeholders.
- Equip your team with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
Functional consultancy:
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand and document their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Solution Design: Design and document CRM solutions that meet client needs, leveraging best practices and standards.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of CRM solutions, including configuration and data migration.
- Delivery and Training: Provide handover and training to clients and gather feedback.
- Best practices: Develop and ideate best practice solutions to business process challenges.
- Feedback product improvement: Contribute to the product development backlog by providing feedback on areas for improvement.

Experience sought:
- At least five years experience implementing CRM solutions.
- Your experience should cover direct interaction with clients for discovery exercises, system demonstrations and training as well as performing configurations.
- At least two years of team/line management responsibilities for at least two other functional consultants.
- Previous experience working in a digital agency with agile planning processes working within defined budgets.

Location: Hybrid Working (office based in Shoreditch, London) or Fully Remote
Type: Permanent
Salary range: £36-45k
