The team is excited to announce the sixth stable release of version 4.1 - with support for Drupal 7, Drupal 6, Joomla 2.5, and Wordpress 3.3. You can download the release now from Sourceforge.
A few months Back John Derry from The Monthly Magazine wrote a blog about how they were planning to use CiviCRM for magazine subscriptions.
We (nfpservices) have been invited by The Institute of Fundraising Technology Group to provide a joint presentation on how we have implemented CiviCRM for their initial requirements in terms of handling contacts, membership and events and will be working with them on other elements in the future as well.
It's been quite a while since my last CiviMobile update but that's not to say that I haven't been busy :)

At our last big sprint there was some good discussion about ways to clarify the filtering conventions used on many of the search forms. One specific area that seemed to need "help" is the set of checkboxes for filtering on Pay Later, Recurring and Test contributions. Here's the current version of that section of the form:
GiftAid has been ported to a Civi Extension for 4.2, so that it can be used in CiviCRM irrespective of the CMS. The extension has been tested in Drupal 7, Joomla and Wordpress. Hope it will make especially Joomla folks happy, as there were requests in the forum about porting the module as a Joomla Plugin.

The team is excited to announce the fifth and probably final beta release for 4.2 with support for Drupal 7, Joomla 1.7 and WordPress.
Please remember this is a BETA release and it should NOT be used on production sites - however, we strongly encourage everyone to upgrade a copy of your current site(s) on a test server and let us know about any bugs or problems.
