For the past few weeks I have been sending a dev digest to the dev-civicrm mailing list at the end of each week (subscribe here). The dev digest is a mix of what's being worked on, what proposals people are looking for input on, what we need review or help with, or just whatever bubbles to the top.

SPF, DKIM, DMARC are all tools and various techniques use my email servers such as Google, Yahoo and others to determine the validity of an email that is sent to it. These have evolved over the course of the last few decades as the internet has evolved as well.

Skvare is the maintainer of International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA)’s Drupal 8 / CiviCRM website. IMBA is a network of local chapters, that provides resources to find local trails as well as information on building and protecting trails. The website utilizes CiviCRM integrated with Drupal 8 to allow local chapters to see membership reports, send emails to their members, and much much more.

The Community Summit 2020

We had such plans for 2020 with a UK-based summit in wonderful Devon. Then the world turned upside down and we've all struggled to maintain the energy we had and drive that energy into some kind of virtual event that would give the community the same experience as our Summit/Sprint events do every October. So we need to own up to something finally, the idea of a 2020 Community Summit is a dream.

Users of the CiviCRM Extended Security Releases (ESR) do not need to upgrade, as there are no ESR-specific bugfixes or security issues at the moment.
